To Feel A Little Bit More Beautiful

Now that I'm in KL, I got the chance to explore more different brands.
Right now I'm exploring MAC's Skincare collection - the Lightful New Collection for Spring 2012.
I bought these 2 days ago:

Nice bright packaging... Lightful also smells AMAZING! I think I will stop using Dermalogica huhuhu. I also bought MAC Prep + Prime, MAC Cremesheen Lipstick in Shanghai Spice and MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Stubborn Brown.

Oh Happy Hari Raya everyone! Still enjoying your raya? I'm back to office already...
Album kahwin dah siappp... Later I can share more, hopefully :), Bride #2

Beach Bunny

Almost ready for Bali!

Another Honeymoon buys, Havaianas High Light Navy Blue. Ganti my Crocs slippers yg dah too old. Bought it yesterday at KLCC while waiting for Mr. Fiance. Had to call him to come pick me up as soon as possible so that I don't buy more things. What's with my nafsu shopping lately?! Membuak-buak, help.

If you don't own a pair of Havaianas already, you must buy one immediately :)!

Bride #2 Wordless Wednesday 09

In search of Awal & Scha pavlova @Alexis on Sunday with Mr. Fiance, we (I!) made a pit stop at Bangsar Village II - Aldo and Flight 001. Bought some new accessories for honeymoon lagi - fedora, bag and bag...'cause I can't get enough hukhuk *I feel so guilty

Most have never heard of Flight 001 (a travel product company) but many Hollywood A-listers do and for good reason. Stay organized no matter where you're going with Flight 001, so chic ;)

Bride #1: of body needs

As we fast approaching to the month of June, I need to start looking for the best bridal spa packages as the preparation for the big day. Whether this is a 'must-do' item in my list or it is a 'must-do' in any bride-to-be's list, I wouldn't know. But who doesn't love a little time for self-pampering session?

I'm not really a frequent spa-goer so I don't really know which one is the best spa in KL. Now, don't judge me. I love my body. But I'm quite a cheapskate when it comes to splurging on body works. I bought my spa kits from Body Shop, and a few from Soap and Glory (yay Sephora!). When you don't have any other commitments, it's okay to spend longer time in the shower. But when you are married nanti, can we still do all this? Ke patut ajak je skali husband buat DIY spa at home? =D Anywhooo, here are the list of those spas I somehow knew the existence:

Owns by local Jazz singer, one of my favorite, Sheila Majid. They have many signature spa but they didnt really specify which is suitable for bridal spa. I had my eye on their Body Glow package, sounds comforting and it costs RM320. That isn't too bad, is it?

This is the only place that I have tried and could safely say one of the best spa experience I have ever had. Their cheapest package is worth RM335 but from my last visit, they suggested that I should try the Sultana Hammam package, worth RM550. *gulp* For the same price, I can really get a pair of Steve Madden's heels which will definitely stay with me for more than 3 hours.

Tanamera offers package for head to toe treatments over a span of one month. You just need to pay RM900 and you got it all covered. I'm loving the package but time is what I don't really have. There will be a lot of ad hoc wedding works that need to be done. And to fork out RM900 for this, I'm not really sure if this is a good idea.

Found out about this place when I read an ex B2B blog. I especially love the interior (from the pictures la, don't know whether it's indah khabar dari rupa),  making it's hard to believe that it is actually located in the city. So the cheapest package they have is RM480, which covers body or spa treatment, hair cream bath/scalp treatment, manicure, predicure or facial.

How to decide if all sound so attractive? Any of you have tried any of the above? Or do you have any other places that you could recommend. Do share =)

What to wear on honeymoon?

Ohhh this is the fun part! Whenever I want to go on a holiday, I have a habit to buy new clothes and shoes. Reason: I want to avoid wearing the same clothes as in past pictures (Normal? Or is it just me?). So for the past few days I bought some new clothes for honeymoon, including this one that makes encik tunang excited + happy with big evil grin *oh-no gasp! ... Men~ huh

And guess what I found! The Lisa Surihani post wedding yellow dress! For only RM26!! Good to know that she's not the kinds of high maintenance women 24/7 ;D Cayalah Lisa. Sweet. Mix and match is my thing, for me there's no harm to mix luxury high end + low-end, style on a budget, asalkan cantikkk!

A Lisa Surihani fan sikit2 kot hehe... Bride #2

Face & Body Spa (Must-Haves!)

It is important to look and feel wonderful on the wedding day. Spa is an ultimate way to reduce pre-wedding stress while it rejuvenates the mind, body and soul. So I decided to sign up for a spa package at my usual waxing place - Butterfly Beauty House. Nurul, the home spa owner, gave me a good deal as I've been a regular customer since last year ;) Thanks hehe. Below is my 3x bridal spa package, I plan to start in April:

For facials, I go to Charis Beauty Centre. They are very dedicated to look after my skin since Feb last year. Early this month I got 'scolded' because of the Estee Lauder serum that I added to my daily regime. Although no more dryness, the excessive moisture found in my skin is not good for long term because the serum ingredients are too rich for me and causing acne. They asked me to just stop or use it on alternate days only... Ololo...ok...tsk tsskk. Anyhow, I'm impressed that they can easily detect the changes of my skin condition - I was bombarded with questions until they discovered the fact, xleh nak tipu k! Huuuu

To ease the redness and irritation after facial extractions, they recommended this product (Environ’s Intensive Antioxidant Gel), and it works..Thank God! The small zits disappeared.

Wish I had a baby soft and glowing skin... Bride #2
