Your Raya piece, perhaps?

Now that I'm done with the wedding, my eyes are still fixated to all the pretty pretty things. So I have been doing some 'research' on what could be my raya clothes for this year.

Among my favorites...

and this...!!!

While you are at their page, do have a look at their bridal collections. Jaw-dropping moment, I tell you...

And these are from Nurita Harith

Have sent a query to ask the price for each of the pieces above. Will try to update once I get the info.

Carnival Wedding... THE BOMB!

Afnan Omar was one of the shortlisted photographers in my list but fate has it that I don't get to have him on my wedding day. Nevertheless, I keep my eyes fixed to all of his works, on his website, FB and of one of his many excellent pieces, this one caught my attention.

This couple is living my dream, to have such a lively wedding. Bows to Filmshotartifact for their amazing work! I could almost believe that it was done in a private barn.

Bride #1: sew nice!

Was doing my usual trip to wedding sites, looking for inspirations when I stumbled upon this site.

Attention pretty much diverted to decoration details for our love nest. We are yet to decide the theme for the house but knowing A's extreme interest at keeping the house neat and presentable, I foresee a breezy process for decision making.

And that brought me to another DIY work for my wedding reception. Please pray for a successful attempt at making these letter pillows:

Finally... My Wedding Shoes!

I bought this 5.5 inches Capecoral Platform Pumps as my wedding shoes, weeee :) Got it from ALDO Mid Valley Gardens store yesterday. However, these show a tiny bit of toe cleavage, but not bad, and also it reminds me so much about Christian Louboutin Daffodile's as shown in my previous post. On a whim I just grabbed it along with these 2 items:

Genuine leather insoles to provide all-day comfort

Fun-fun sunglass for honeymoon

Celebrity in ALDO Capecoral Bone - Sarah Hyland

Celebrity in Christian Louboutin Daffodile - Beyonce
**Drooling** Nak yg ni sebenarnye, yg gold! Aiyayyy

Maybe I'll make the ALDO shoes as one of my hantaran items, put it together with my Kate Spade item, let them share a tray. Maknanya haruslah carik satu lagi kasut for nikah kan huhu, $$$ hmmph..we'll see how lah... Bride #2

What to wear on honeymoon?

Ohhh this is the fun part! Whenever I want to go on a holiday, I have a habit to buy new clothes and shoes. Reason: I want to avoid wearing the same clothes as in past pictures (Normal? Or is it just me?). So for the past few days I bought some new clothes for honeymoon, including this one that makes encik tunang excited + happy with big evil grin *oh-no gasp! ... Men~ huh

And guess what I found! The Lisa Surihani post wedding yellow dress! For only RM26!! Good to know that she's not the kinds of high maintenance women 24/7 ;D Cayalah Lisa. Sweet. Mix and match is my thing, for me there's no harm to mix luxury high end + low-end, style on a budget, asalkan cantikkk!

Bride #1: for the sweet tooth

Looking at my to-do list, this month, there's a lot of finalization works that need to be done which includes the wedding cake design. I know I don't need to look further as I have always admired these two people who did an amazing job in cake decorating. They are Pearl Cakes Events and my very own good friend, Ayesha

Unfortunately, I wont be able to personally hire them to do my wedding cake as this is also included in the package by Duchess Place. Thus, these are for the feast of the eyes:

Recognize this? =)

I want this!

Pretty purple hues...

Considering to order this for hantaran cake... Pretty aren' they?

Bride #1: Photobooth Ideas

If there is one thing I am sure to have at my wedding is undoubtedly; the photobooth corner. I like the ideas of having people making interactions with the props, striking their funny poses and ultimately for the couple to keep those pictures as memories.

I grant this task to my close girlfriends from high school. We made a pact that for anyone in the group who gets married, she is entitled for ONE sponsored item for the wedding. So I chose photobooth! These are some ideas I gathered:

Meeting them tonight to see what they have planned for this. Can't deny that I'm psyched!

Next task, is to get as many Instax Mini camera. I don't plan to buy, so I might try to get them from here *looks at budget*

My (Possible) Bridal Shoes - Aldo

Found this stunning 5 inches pump at Aldo website, featuring satin upper that extends over the platform, peep toe design, and sparkle appliqués across the back. Although it's not in Gold colour ;( sob sobb, but that won't stop me searching for it when I'm back to KL next 2 weeks!

Others that catch my eyes are:

Hayth
I've tried this on before at Aldo Pavi! Nice colour + design + height but it reveals toe cleavage, which I don't like - I think mine looks SUPER ugly!

This is an example of toe cleavage - yay or nay?

Bride #2 Dream (Wedding) Shoes

Hola, beautiful ones :). I'm in a good mood today. Sometimes lusting after things way out of budget is a pretty damn good thing. To any discerning shoe-lover, you'll understand my obsession on these:

My dream designer shoes are from Christian Louboutin. You can find the French label at the ground floor of Isetan, Suria KLCC. Louboutin has yet to open their signature store in Malaysia, but I think there are another 2 outlets in KL (not sure). I promise I'll love my Louboutins like Carrie (SATC) loves her Manolos. Until the day I can afford a pair of Louboutin arrives, I remain a dreamer...

Psst psst..just so you know, Fazura did wear this Louboutin range to FFM24 last November...the pair costs +/- RM20k kottt, huiyoo kelasss kau Fazura!

Another brand in my wishlist is Stuart Weitzman. If compared to Louboutin, in a way, Weitzman is 'affordable'. I've been secretly in love with Stuart Weitzman for years now, since my Uni days.

For wedding shoes, I'm sure to get a pair of gold shoes. However, I'm not sure whether I'll make it as one of my hantaran items or I'll just wear it straight away on my big day. I have resolved in my heart that I can buy my dream shoes...but definitely not now! Hoho I'll decide later in April or May - tepuk dada tanya selera, and most importantly tengok ketebalan poket ;)! This is another test of willpower for me, temptations, oh hate it!
